A new year.

You have a new goal.

To be faster.

Fitter.

Stronger.

To set a new PR.

To run a new race.

It maybe your first race;

it maybe your first mile.

You’ve decided.

Now’s the time.

It's a new year;

it’s a new day.

Today.

You may not be the fastest;

you may not run the farthest.

But you can do it.

Because the only requirement to achieving a goal is effort,

and you control that.

Speed.

Ease.

Strength.

Fitness.

These all come with time.

Today, tomorrow, and everyday has one requirement.

Just try.
